This PR fixes these publint errors by using the recommended @sveltejs/package build tool in place of Rollup. Several
package.jsonfields have been tweaked as a result. I've added publint topnpm buildto catch future errors.I've also migrated the test app from Rollup to Vite to mirror these changes, and fixed the prettier plugin config for prettier v3.
